I'm sitting at home, in bed, waiting to hear back from a guy on craigslist. I found an amazing deal, and am hoping feverishly that he will call me in a bit to tell me the other people didn't show up (though, now that I think about it, he said he'd call if they DID show up and bought the dressers I want). It's kind of key that I know that, because I'm going to have to rent a truck in order to pick up the silly things.
Perhaps I should get up (not that I'm remotely sleeping or anything...just waiting comfortably), get dressed, get my money ready, and head out. The faster I do that, the better my chances of beating them to the punch :D
I know it's just furniture, but I really hope I get these pieces. I've been so inspired lately by all the blogs that I follow, and I have an epic idea for both of these pieces -- I just want to have the chance to see it through. Not to mention it will save me tons of money! That's always a plus!
Alright, now to get the doggies in their beds so I can scurry out of here. Keep your fingers crossed! If I'm successful, I'll post pictures and discuss my plans (though, as per usual, I won't be able to start working on them until I'm done organizing this place -- it's okay -- I can wait)

I did not :(
Someone beat me to it...which I actually blame on the seller. I emailed him Thursday, and every time he communicated, it was 24 hours after my email.
I have found another possibility, but won't know until tomorrow around lunch if it's available. The seller is going to let me know. This one is actually a better deal, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up just yet.

So, I love Stephen Kellog books, they are so awesome. I look for any excuse to use them, and sometimes the kids like them as much. I love "The Day Jimmy's Boa Ate the Wash."
